Before co-founding Trinaya Legal, Arush worked in the offices of M/s Karanjawala & Co. and in the chambers Mr. Sanjeev Anand, Advocate at the Delhi High Court.As a part of the legal team of the firm, he has advised clients in the fields of Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Anti-Trust, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Employment, Banking & Finance, Corporate Structuring, Excise, Metrology and Intellectual Property. He also advises the Union Ministry of Information & Broadcasting and the Services Export Promotion Council on a range of issues.

Some noteworthy accomplishments of Arush include:

  • Appointed India’s National Representative at the Young Lawyers Committee of the International Bar Association.
  • Conferred the “Young Achievers Award of the year (30 years or below)” for the year 2017 by the Legal Era group.
  • Appointed as the “Bar Executive Officer” of the Society of Indian Law Firms before the Bar Issues Commission of the International Bar Association.
  • In 2017, was selected as a Scholar from India to attend the annual conference of the International Bar Association in Sydney, Australia.
  • In 2016, was selected as India’s Scholar to speak at the Inter-Pacific Bar Association’s annual conference in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.
  • Empanelled with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee that provides free legal aid to the underprivileged citizens.
  • Member of the Governing Council, Bar Association of India
  • Selected to be a part of an esteemed delegation that represented India at the BRICS Legal Forum held in Shanghai in October 2015.
  • Member of the Legal Committee of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.

 

Arush is also heavily involved with academia and professional development programs. In 2015, he successfully completed the “Chinese Law Program for Legal Talents in BRICS Countries” from the East China University of Political Science and Law. He has completed an advance-training course organized by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) on the “Techniques and Procedures of Arbitration and Mediation”. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Laws from the National Law School of India, Bangalore. Arush has authored several articles that have been published in various reputed international and local law journals including the Inter-Pacific Bar Association Journal, India Law Journal, Lex Witness and Legal Era.
