He has been able to spearhead the BRICS Legal Forum initiative and is the moving spirit behind establishment of network of disputes resolution institutions across BRICS and the emerging world.

He has done major arbitrations, both domestic and international, including succeeding in getting favourable awards for international parties against whom cases for fraud and corruption were pending relating to commonwealth games.

He regularly appears before Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Telecom Disputes & Settlement Appellate Tribunal in commercial, regulatory, company law, mining and insolvency and bankruptcy related matters.
