Sehba is a corporate lawyer who has approximately 10 years of experience. Prior to co-founding Trinaya Legal, Sehba was engaged with a tier-I law firm based out of New Delhi. She now heads the General Corporate practice at the firm. Her areas of expertise include transaction advisory (Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity Investments), E-Commerce, Competition, Real Estate and Foreign Investment.

 

During the course of her professional career, Sehba has advised numerous multinational companies such on a range of issues which includes investing in India in sectors such as automobiles, e-marketplace, apparel, electronics etc.

Sehba has co-authored many publications covering a wide array of her areas of expertise. The said publications have been prominently featured in various reputable international journals such as Kluwer Law and Employment Law Review.
